Charles Searight

Charle
s has over 35 years of experience both as a line executive and as a consultant helping companies worldwide to achieve sustained revenue growth and increased profitability. He was most recently a Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, where he helped develop their revenue growth practice. Charles' prior roles have included serving as CEO of Canopy International, Managing Partner at AT&T Solutions, Group VP at Unisys and Partner at Accenture. He has extensive international experience, including founding a highly successful new business in Europe and direct responsibility for managing businesses in Latin America, Asia, Europe and North America. He has founded, managed, and advised several startup ventures in addition to consulting to the world's largest corporations. 

Charles received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and resides in Northern Virginia.

Paul Wedeking

 

Paul has over 25 years of global consulting and line management experience helping companies improve their overall revenue performance and profitability.  His experience includes business strategy and innovation, sales force and channel partner effectiveness, transportation and logistics, customer relationship management, and market research.

Paul’s consulting experience includes serving as a Managing Director/Partner at IBM, Blue Ridge Partners, Potomac Partners, AT&T Solutions, and A.T. Kearney and he has served clients in the industrial products, media & entertainment, logistics, and consumer products & services industries throughout Asia Pacific and the USA.

Paul received his BA degree from St. Andrews University, his MA in Management from the Drucker School at  Claremont Graduate University, a Certificate in Professional Management from the University of Southern California, and a Certificate in Executive Management from the Wharton School of Business.  He resides in the Los Angeles area.

Adam Hartung

Adam has over 30 years of experience helping companies develop and implement growth, innovation, and breakthrough strategies.  He is the author of the recent book Create Marketplace Disruption: How to Stay Ahead of the Competition (Financial Times Press, 2008) and is a frequent speaker and facilitator on the topic of corporate innovation.  Adam was a Partner at CSC Index, a Principal with Coopers & Lybrand, and a strategist with the Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in international expansion strategies.  Adam’s corporate management experience includes: 

  • PepsiCo, where he conceived of, launched, and led the global expansion of Pizza Hut Home Delivery and led many M&A initiatives, including the acquisition of KFC 
  • DuPont, where he helped create a new electronic imaging business.  Adam led the early R&D efforts, which yielded over 140 patent applications, and spearheaded a program for European and Asian expansion that created over 100 subsidiaries and distributors 
  • AM International, where he helped lead a recovery from near bankruptcy as head of Sales, Marketing & Strategy. 
He holds and MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School and resides in the Chicago area.


Alan Weyl

Alan has over 35 years of executive, entrepreneurial, and management advisory experience in the areas of strategy and revenue growth.  Alan’s executive and investment industry experience includes CEO of an international risk management concern, Managing Partner at Bankers Trust Company, and President of a private equity and venture capital firm.

He has held a number of senior management positions in the consulting industry, including:
  • Vice President and Partner of CSC Consulting
  • Vice President of CSC Index in charge of the Growth Strategy practice
  • Managing Director of Diamond Technology Partners, responsible for its strategy practice
  • Vice President and Director of The Boston Consulting Group 
Alan received his AB Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his MBA (with high distinction) from Harvard University, where he was selected as a Baker Scholar.  He resides in the New York City area.

Dan Kielar

Dan has 25 years experience in strategy consulting and line management, helping public and private companies achieve their growth potential.  He specializes in developing effective business and go-to-market strategies and improving the effectiveness of marketing, sales and service organizations

Dan has extensive experience in managing sales and marketing organizations through pre- and post-transaction  growth cycles of early stage companies, including both IPOs and sales to strategic and financial buyers.  As a Partner at Kaiser & Associates, Dan led growth and innovation consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries, including  manufacturing, consumer products, technology, and automotive companies.

Dan earned his BA in economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.  Dan resides in the Boston area.

Sam Broeksmit

Sam has over 20 years of consulting experience helping clients improve top line revenue growth and overall profitability.  He most recently was a principal with Blue Ridge Partners, where he focused on revenue growth strategies, execution excellence in sales and marketing and dashboard design for revenue engines.  He has served a wide spectrum of companies from Fortune 100 companies to those with revenues of $20 million annually.  Sam also has extensive experience in working with clients in Europe and South America.  Sam's prior experience included leadership positions with  A.T. Kearney and Capital One. 

Sam received his BA from Williams College and his MBA from the Wharton School.  He resides in Washington, DC.
